This small, intimate private dining space is the Story of The Hog and Apple in one farmhouse, luxe venue.
We owe the development of our company to the humble rare breed pig from our original Hog roasts right through to this unique dining concept. Taking the name of the famous Gloucster Old spot has worked hand in hand with our old barn project. The Old Spot was officially born.
The main menu concept is the brain child of Tony Hudson – It all started with one idea. The thought that what if you took just one ingredient and created an entire experience celebrating how it’s used not only in our country but around the world.
Tony’s tasting menu concept is a complete dining experience using our own produce grown onsite, through to meats and fish all from our local area and Yorkshire as a whole.
This venue is perfect for foodies, corporate events, people interested in using our company for their event, or for family gatherings and private parties.
